Subscription and auto-renewal conditions for trial customers

Your free trial lasts 30 days. Unless you cancel it, you will start a yearly subscription at a special introductory price once it ends. The introductory price is indicated on your offer page and the shopping cart, along with other offer details, such as the number of devices and the annual standard renewal price, which you will be charged the next and the following years.

Once your trial ends, you will be charged at the special 12-month introductory price. Towards the end of each subsequent yearly subscription period, you will be charged at the standard annual renewal price. We will inform you about your upcoming auto-renewal via email. We will attempt to bill you approximately 2 weeks before your yearly subscription period ends to ensure uninterrupted protection. Subscription is automatically renewed at the end of a yearly subscription period, for the subsequent yearly period.

Sometimes, renewal prices may change. In this case, we will inform you via email. Please note, online discounts and offers may be available at the time of your next renewals that are not applicable to you.

Subscription will auto-renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription through your account at our authorized reseller's customer portal, which is created automatically when you make your first subscription payment. To cancel:

      1 Go to the email receipt you received after your first payment
      2 Click the link under Manage Payment Details
      3 Create your username and password and enter your account by clicking Initialize Your Credentials
      4 Click on your subscription to view details
      5 Go to Manage Subscription section, click the Cancel button and Сancel subscription in the next step

Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription by contacting Kaspersky Customer Support. If you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use the product for the latest period you have paid for, but you will no longer be charged automatically once that period ends.
