According to Gartner, “Endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions remain very complex to operate. Typical organizations that face normal budget and staffing challenges are ill prepared to leverage and maximize the benefits of EDR solutions by themselves.”
Gartner recommends to shortlist “EDR service providers that offer technical assistance in incident response to supplement staffing”, as we believe, it will have a competitive edge. The report also says, “For all the vendor and industry talk of AI and machine learning, EDR solutions continue to rely primarily on the oversight of highly skilled humans to identify and resolve issues.”
