In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen rapid technological progress and the digitalization of many spheres in our lives. In particular, the infrastructure of smart cities have been developing swiftly and today includes IoT devices, transportation networks, infrastructure for digital government services and corporations, as well as a variety of other critical elements. This means that cyberthreats increasingly endanger the physical world and have become a serious obstacle for the digital transformation of the world. At Kaspersky, we believe building a secure future in IoT and other areas is possible by designing solutions with Cyber Immunity based on our KasperskyOS, which is able to thwart those threats on an intrinsic level.
At the Mobile World Congress, Kaspersky will present its key solutions designed for the security of smart and connected systems, these include: Kaspersky Transportation System Security and Kaspersky IoT Infrastructure Security based on Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateways (KISG), powered by Kaspersky OS.
Eugene Kaspersky, CEO of Kaspersky, will give a keynote speech ‘Cyber Immunity for Cyber Age’ (June 28, 11:45-12:45 CEST). During the keynote, Mr. Kaspersky will present the concept of Cyber Immunity and discuss why the current cybersecurity landscape requires a drastically different approach in order to effectively secure an ecosystem where everything is connected.
Victor Chebyshev, Lead Security Researcher at Kaspersky Global Research & Analysis Team, will give a presentation within the AI track of the event ‘Unlocking the power of security tools with AI’ (June 30 16:45-17:30 CEST) on how machine learning is used in mobile security and what the possible development vectors are.
At the booth located at Hall 2, 2L51, Kaspersky will also present its solutions for enterprises, such as Kaspersky Optimum Security, the Polys online voting system based on blockchain, the stand-alone Kaspersky Antidrone solution to combat privacy and security risks from civilian drones, as well as Value Added Services for Operators & xSPs.
To further explore how the global pandemic has advanced technological progress and how digital technologies will influence our society, Kaspersky will hold a press conference ‘Love in the digital age: what does the future hold for us?’ (June 29, 12:00-13:00 CEST, CC1 – Room 1.1, Fira Gran Via). Here, Tatyana Shishkova, Security expert at Kaspersky, will present an overview of security risks observed in the most popular dating apps. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion, where Tatyana Shishkova, along with the external experts, will discuss the future of love and dating and how our ever-growing reliance on technology influence human relationships. The press conference will be exclusively livestreamed on the Kaspersky YouTube channel.
