Kaspersky Lab, an international data-security software developer, announces the detection of the new dangerous network worm "SirCam" that spreads via e-mail and local network resources.

Kaspersky Lab has received several reports of the worm being detected "in the wild," with defense procedures being added to the Kaspersky Anti-Virus daily anti-virus database updates as of yesterday.
