Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces the launch of beta testing for three of its new corporate solutions: Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows File Servers and the convenient management tool for antivirus software, Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 provides a full range of capabilities for reliable protection of workstations and file servers. The product protects computers from all types of contemporary malicious programs, including rootkits, spyware and adware. This antivirus solution also allows for flexible configuration of file scanning and proactive modules.
The version 6.0-product line sees the implementation of new acceleration technologies for antivirus scanning, as well as load balancing during antivirus scanning. Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations also provides protection from hacker attacks and uses heuristic analysis to block advertising banners. A notable addition to the product is Network iSwift, a technology that eliminates the need for rescans throughout the entire network. Meanwhile, Kaspersky Administration Kit makes for convenient and easy management of antivirus protection on the corporate network.
