Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 receives a Virus Bulletin award for effective protection of 64-bit desktop systems
Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces that Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 has received a new VB 100% award from Virus Bulletin, one of the world’s most authoritative and oldest publications on computer virology.
Virus Bulletin magazine, which is deservedly respected for impartial and objective presentation of material, has conducted a comparative test of antivirus solutions for existing 64-bit desktop platforms, which are increasingly popular with users. Testing was performed on a high-performance computer with an AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+ CPU, running under Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.

Also, according to the authors of the review, Kaspersky Anti-Virus displayed the “expected impressive results” that it is already well-known for.
