A new view on motorsport: Kaspersky Lab to transmit immersive experience of 24 hours of Spa, invites audience to commentate

Motorsports fans around the world will be able to experience the exciting 24 Hours of Spa endurance race as if they were in one of the vehicles, thanks to special cameras installed on board the Kaspersky Lab-sponsored Ferrari 458 Italia of the AF Corse Racing Team. Fans will also have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to win their own track experience by commentating on the race.

The 24 hours of Spa race, to be run on 25 and 26 July, 2015 forms part of the Blancpain GT series. Run on the famous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, the race brings together around 65 top GT cars.

Kaspersky Lab’s cameras will offer a thrilling perspective on the race, covering the race track and the other vehicles from the moving car. The live video stream will be transmitted on Kaspersky Lab’s Motorsport website (www.kasperskymotorsport.com), accompanied by unique behind-the-scenes news, racing tips and more.

Kaspersky Lab’s social media channels will carry a special race commentary and people are invited to contibrute their own views on the race as it unfolds, at #kaSPAssion24.

A special jury comprising the F1 driver Giancarlo Fisichella, the talented young Ferrari Driver Academy Antonio Fuoco and the motorsport agent and specialist Enrico Zanarini, will select the best amateur commentator who will win a Kaspersky International Driver Academy track experience in Valencia, Spain.
