This Web portal lets users manage our security solutions on all of their devices remotely.<\/p>\n<p>A brief historical note: My Kaspersky grew out of the Personal Account feature, a service that offered limited options such as submitting and tracking a tech support ticket. My Kaspersky also supports ticketing, but it has many other useful options, including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote management of your security solutions; <\/li>\n<li>Remote locking of your smartphone in case of loss or theft;<\/li>\n<li>Secure storage and retrieval of your passwords and banking data;<\/li>\n<li>\nChild safety features that can track your children\u2019s location and protect them online; <\/li>\n<li>Check license information;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to purchase Kaspersky products for yourself and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here is a more detailed explanation of how to use all of these features. <\/p>\n<h2>Manage devices remotely <\/h2>\n<p>To start <a href=\"https:\/\/my.kaspersky.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">using My Kaspersky<\/a>, sign up or log in. You can do so on any device, even if it has no antivirus installed. This information is encrypted so that only you can use it. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/media.kasperskydaily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/92\/2017\/03\/06020812\/my-kaspersky-case-5_en.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.kasperskydaily.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/92\/2017\/03\/06020812\/my-kaspersky-case-5_en.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1043\" height=\"617\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14347\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To access this data, you will need one password \u2014 just one, a master-password. You can also use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaspersky.com\/blog\/ipm-password-manager-macos-ios\/14207\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Kaspersky Password Manager<\/a> to do the same. This feature requires <a href=\"https:\/\/go.onelink.me\/2922750150?pid=smm&amp;c=ww-kdaily\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Kaspersky Safe Kids<\/a> to be installed on their smartphone. This app works on Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS.<\/p>\n<p>You can use My Kaspersky to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/support.kaspersky.com\/12478?cid=blog&amp;utm_source=blog.kaspersky.com&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=olga_f_on_blog&amp;utm_content=my_kaspersky_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Determine your child\u2019s current location<\/a> and set up an \u201callowed\u201d area. When you do so, the new activation code is added to the <b>Licenses<\/b> tab on the site automatically. Then you can click the <b>Downloads<\/b> tab to get the installer.
