Rescue disk in Kaspersky Lab’s products version 6.0/ 7.0/2009 can be created with the help of BartPE – a free product of Nu2: http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/
According to the system requirements BartPE supports the OS’s Windows 2000/XP/2003. BartPE can be installed and can function correctly under Windows Vista as well, but building a rescue disk with Windows Vista distributive will finish with an error.
The possibility to create a rescue disk with the Windows Vista distributive but not Windows XP SP2 will be added when developers of the company Nu2 release new product version which will be fully compatible with the OS Windows Vista.
