    Once the trail period for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP2 or Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers MP2 is over threat signatures cannot be updated and functionality of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers MP2 is not available any more.

    In order to activate the application and to restore the full functionality you should do the following: 

    • purchase the commercial version of the application in Kaspersky Lab E-Store or by the Kaspersky Lab’s official partners
    • copy the key file onto a computer with the Kaspersky Anti-Virus installed 
      • if the license was purchased in the E-Store then the key file will be sent to your e-mail address defined in the form 
      • if the license was purchased in a box version then the key file will be saved either on a floppy-disk or on a CD. 
    • open the application main window 
    • in the left part of the window click Service
    • in the right part of the window click on the section License info 
    • click the Add button 
    • click Browse 
    • open the folder into which the key file has previously been saved 
    • highlight the key file 
    • click the Browse button 
    • click Next 
    • make sure the key file was successfully installed 
    • click OK 
    • click Close 
    • minimize the main application window

    Information The dialog windows for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers MP2 and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP2 are the same but with corresponding product names and the number of Protection components.
