Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations (all versions)
The article concerns to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 MP1\6.0 MP2, Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 MP1\6.0 MP2 and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations only if the Anti-Hacker component is not installed and used.
During co-work of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 MP1\6.0 MP2, Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 MP1\6.0 MP2, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP2 and Norton Personal Firewall 2005 the following problems may occur:
- Access to network resources is not granted
- Internet pages cannot be loaded when Mozilla Firefox is used as a browser
To rectify the problems, do the following:
- open the main application window
- click the Settings menu
- make sure the Protection section is chosen in the Settings window
- in the right part of the window in the General section click the Trusted zone button
- in the Trusted Zone window go to the Trusted Applications tab
- click the Add button
- in the Properties section uncheck Do not scan opened files and check Do not scan network traffic
- click the Browse button
- choose Applications in the drop-down menu
- in the drop-down applications list choose C:\Program files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccProxy.exe
- click the OK button in each window
- minimize all windows

The dialog windows for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 MP1\6.0 MP2, Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 MP1\6.0 MP2 and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations are the same but with the corresponding product names and the number of the Protection components.
