Concerning to:
Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 (all builds)
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations (all builds)
Sometimes with Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations installed the Anti-Spam toolbar may disappear in the mail client Microsoft Outlook. To re-enable the Anti-Spam toolbar:
- Open Microsoft Outlook
- From the menu select Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook
- In the dialog window click the button Disable Items
- from the list of disabled items, click Anti-Spam
- Below the list click the Enable button
- Click the Close button and restart Microsoft Outlook
This problem may occur if the Microsoft Outlook mail client failed to initialise the Anti-Spam component on starting.
