Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows Workstations

The reason why the error occurs (when starting the Anti-Virus or when starting protection against network attacks manually) is not correct set of anti-virus databases - some files are missing.

To rectify the problem, make sure the correct set of anti-virus databases for network attacks is stored on the update source.

If you update from the Administration Server, make sure the Server downloads the necessary databases from the Kaspersky Lab’s sites: make sure that in the settings of the update task of the Administration Server the Download updates for Kaspersky Anti-Hacker box is checked.
