  • When using Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 Personal and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 Personal PRO operating under Windows 9.x, an error may occur preventing to start protection against network attacks correctly. To rectify the problem, do the following:

  • download the kl1off.exe utility
  • run it on the computer where you have this problem (when the work is over, the utility suggests to reboot your PC)
  • reboot your PC

    After it protection against network attacks runs and operates correctly.
