Kaspersky Lab announces end of support lifecycle for the following products since March 15, 2009:
- Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows Workstations
- Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows File Servers
- Kaspersky Administration Kit 5.0
End of support lifecycle means that Technical Support service does not support requests connected with the functionality of the above mentioned products. Detected errors in these products will not be fixed or confirmed.
 Release of anti-virus data-bases for the defined anti-virus applications will continue as before.
Bases of network attacks for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows Workstations will be released till March 15, 2010.
Users who use these applications have the right:
- to continue using these product versions, without any technical support provided
- to upgrade to the corresponding applications version 6.0 with the current key files.
