1. To any group add the administration server onto which you are going to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition.

2. On the protected server install Administration Agent – a component of the Kaspersky Administration Kit complex. The Agent’s version should be not below that 6.0.1565. The Agent can be installed:

3. In the Administration Console from the context menu of the server which you are going to protect by Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition run the Synchronize command. If the command has not been applied, check the reasons why the Agent failed to connect to the Administration Server.

4. On the protected server install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition. To install the Anti-Virus remotely, do the folloiwng:

1. Using the file \server\kavws.kpd, from the Anti-Virus distributive, create an installation package for the Anti-Virus. In the properties of the installation package you can configure installation of the Anti-Virus system tasks.

2. Based on the created installation package create and run the remote install task for the Anti-Virus.

You can install the Anti-Virus by any other method, but to manage the application remotely via Kaspersky Administration Kit the Kaspersky Administration Kit Integration module should necessarily be installed together with the server part of the Anti-Virus Kaspersky. This module provides connection between the Anti-Virus and the Administration Agent.
