Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition
Full scan of the computer with Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition installed means the performed task Scan My Computer. Settings or scan area defined in the task are irrelevant.
According to the default settings if the task has never been fully performed for 30 days (i.e. the task was started and then stopped) , in this case the System Audit Log will have an event message that full computer scan has not been performed for a long time.
This time parameter can be changed in the settings of Kaspersky Anti-Virus: in the Anti-Virus Console right-click the Kaspersky Anti-Virus node > Properties > in the open window go to the Additional tab:

If you manage Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition via Kaspersky Administration Kit you can create a task whose performance would be considered as a full computer scan. It might be either a local task of the Anti-Virus (created via the Anti-Virus Console or via Kaspersky Administration Kit) or a group\global task.
For it in Kaspersky Administration Kit when either creating a task or in the already created task check the box Consider task execution as full computer scan.

This box cannot be (un)checked in the Anti-Virus Console. But you can see if the On-demand scan task has the status of full computer scan or not. For it in the Anti-Virus Console right-click On-demand scan task and choose Properties:
