  • For the application to automatically create memory dumps during its crash (on any supported operating system), do the following:

    1. in Kaspersky Anti-Virus console open the properties of the Kaspersky Anti-Virus node

    2. Go to the Malfunction diagnosis tab > check the box Create crash dump files and browse the folder into which the files should be written.
