    • Kaspersky Lab informs about incompatibility of HP Remote Support SWM package with Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition installed on 64-bit OS’s.

    Installation of the mentioned anti-virus products on the server with the installed HP Remote Support SWM package results in BSOD.

    At present the problem cannot be solved.
