Why can’t the key file with which Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers worked be installed on Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition?
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition (all builds)
If you have purchased antivirus software for server protection as a part of a Kaspersky Open Space Security package (BSS, ESS, TSS), the supply contains two key files for file server and workstation protection applications:
one key file can be used with100% of the purchased licenses for all Kaspersky Lab’s applications for file server and workstation protection versions 5.5 and above. This is the key to activate Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows ServersEnterprise Edition.
the other key can be used with 10% of the purchased licenses for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows File Servers (if you want to use this application). The same key file can also be used for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows ServersEnterprise Edition is included into the packages KasperskyBSS, ESS, and TSS. So this application can be activated with a key provided in the supply.
Pay attention that the general number of installed anti-virus applications for file servers and workstations should not exceed the number of purchased licenses (100%).
If you have purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers separately, then you cannot use Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition. The currently used key file will not be applicable to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition.
