Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition

If Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition generated an error to know the reasons which might have caused it you should attach Kaspersky Event Log to the HelpDesk request. The Event Log is created on the protected server.

In order to export the Events log into a file:

1. On the protected computer right-click My Computer and in the context menu choose Manage

2. Go to the Event Viewer node and expand it.

3. The Anti-Virus event log resides in the Kaspersky Anti-Virus node. In order to save the Event Log into a file right-click the node and in the context menu select Save Log File As. In the open window name the file (the file should have the evt-extension); the Log will be saved into this file.
