When working in the Internet you may experience strange network/ disk activity similar to malware or virus activity, which results in OS and applications failures. Most probably your computer is infected. However Kaspersky Anti-Virus with the latest anti-virus updates does not detect any suspicious for infection/ infected file.

In this case you are recommended to use the following additional means to detect, disinfect and delete viruses and any traces of their activity from your PC: 

Kaspersky Lab’s experts recommend you visiting the official company’s forum and/ or Virusinfo forum. You might find answers to your question in the branch Virus-related issues or create a new topic and give detailed description of the situation, symptoms of infection, computer behavior, etc.
