In order to delete infected files from the Temporary Internet files folder:

run Internet Explorer
in the right upper-corner select Tools > Internet Options

in the Internet Options window in the section Browsing history click the Delete button
in the open Delete Browsing history window in the Temporary Internet files section click Delete files …
click Yes to confirm deletion of temporary Internet files
