Support lifecycle of applications for remote management

The table contains support statuses of Kaspersky Lab products for remote management.

The following support statuses are available:

• Supported – the latest build of the product version is supported:
• technical support is provided (by phone or via web form);
• critical errors are to be fixed.
• Supported until – the latest build of the product version is supported until the given date:
• technical support is provided (by phone or via web form);
• critical errors are to be fixed.
• Without maintenance – the latest build of the product version is supported:
• technical support is provided (by phone or via web form);
• found errors are NOT fixed.
• Not supported – all builds of the product version are not supported:
• technical support is NOT provided;
• found errors are NOT fixed.

6.0		Supported Supported before: 2011 Sep 30	The latest build is 6.0.1710 (6.0 Maintenance Pack 2).
5.0		Version is not supported Supported before: 2009 Mar 15	The latest build is 5.0.1152 (5.0 Maintenance Pack 3 Critical Fix 8). You can go from this version to Kaspersky Administration Kit 8.0.
