Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 for Windows Workstations
Remote administration program RAdmin is added to an extended set of anti-virus databases and is correspondingly detected by Kaspersky Anti-Virus as not-a-virus. If you want the Anti-Virus not to detect RAdmin, exclude detection of the programs of the kind locally or remotely, via the policy.
When managing the Anti-Virus locally:
1. open the main application window > go to the Settings tab > the Threats and Exclusions link
2. Click the Add button and in the Threat field enter not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.RAdmin*. Click OK
NOTE! Never enter the *RAdmin* mask as in this case you can let through obviously malicious programs, like Backdoor.Win32.RAdmin.a.

3. To apply the exclusions when running real-time file protection task, on the Settings tab click the Configure Real-Time Protection link and on the Files tab in the Protection settings section enter the exclusions window.
Click the Use general list of exclusions box in the open window

Double-click OK.
4. List of exclusions for the on-demand scan task can be enabled the same way – click the On-Demand Scan tasks link on the Settings tab > choose the necessary task > open its properties > go to the Settings tab > in the Scan settings section enter the exclusions window.
Pay attention, when scanning locally an object by the command Scan for viruses from its context menu settings of the Scan objects task are used. To change the parameters of the task, go to the main window of the Anti-Virus on the Protection tab click the Scan objects link. Click the Settings button and define the necessary parameters in the open window
Remember, that policy is not applied to the task.
