  • If the activation error of Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile 6.0 is connected with network connection of your smartphone, in this case the message of the kind is displayed: Connection error. Error code <number>. To resolve the problem, do the following: 

    • Make sure the access point settings are correct. In order to check functionality of the access point, open any page using the inbuilt WAP-browser on your smartphone.

    • If the activation still does not work, try to activate later, as cellular communications might be overloaded. 
    • Resolution of your problem might be already described either on the Kaspersky Lab forum or in the Knowledge Base. 
    • If you failed to activate your Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile 6.0 within 24 hours, then contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the web-form HelpDesk.
