You will find the list of possible activation errors returned by Kaspersky Lab activation server below:
- Invalid activation code – in this case check if the symbols in the activation code were entered correctly. The code should be entered by Latin symbols and it is not registry sensitive.
- This code has been already used – in this case a not licensed copy of Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile 6.0 is used; contact the product’s provider.
- Phone's date is wrong – check if the current date on your smartphone is set correctly: choose the Settings menu > Time and Date item
If other activation errors occur, try to activate later, as activation servers might be overloaded.
