  • In some cases if Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile 6.0 is installed on the smartphone memory-card it may not load automatically after the OS load, and the corresponding error is displayed on the screen.

This product behaviour is connected with the OS specific features; during the OS load first startup objects with Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile 6.0 are started and then the memory-card with executable and program files of Kaspersky Anti-Virus Mobile 6.0 residing on it. Thus the OS cannot load the product module as the executable file resides on the flash-card which is inaccessible during the load of the startup objects.
