A key file should be installed (activated) in Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition remotely via policy for Kaspersky Mobile Security in Kaspersky Administration Kit.

In order to activate the product:

1. Make sure the mobile device is connected to the logical network.

2. Make sure the mobile device has appeared in the logical network of Kaspersky Administration Kit and is relocated to the administration group.

For this in the Administration Console expand the Network container (the default name). The PDAGroup group appears in the Network / Unassigned computers container (in the domain view) once the first mobile device with installed Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition is detected.

3. Open the policy for Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition, which is applied to this mobile device and go to the License tab. On the tab define the necessary key file and “lock” the policy.

Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition functions with key files designed specially for the application as well as with any key file for workstations that comes with packages Kaspersky Work \ Business \ Enterprise \ Total Space Security.

4. If the policy has already been applied to the device, the application will be automatically activated during the next synchronization of Kaspersky Mobile Security with the Administration Server.

If the policy has not been applied to the device yet, then in order not to wait for the next synchronization, launch Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition on the mobile device – the application will prompt for activation and will synchronize the settings.

An already installed key file can be changed in the policy. Next, from the mobile device synchronize the settings with the Administration Server: open Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition > go to the Update menu > choose the Update settings command.
