Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition

According to the default settings, Kaspersky Mobile Security 7.0 Enterprise Edition installed on the mobile device synchronizes with the Administration Server every 3 hours. During the synchronization Kaspersky Mobile Security receives from the Server new working parameters and in turn sends to the Server information about the status and events which occurred during work of Kaspersky Mobile Security.

 It is not recommended to decrease the synchronization interval unless necessary – it may result in increasing the volume of the transferred traffic.

You can change the synchronization period in the policy of Kaspersky Mobile Security on the Additional settings tab:

Synchronization of Kaspersky Mobile Security with the Administration Server is ONE-SIDED! I.e. Kaspersky Mobile Security initiates the synchronization. You cannot perform manual synchronization from the Administration Server. Thus any changes of settings in the policy will be sent to the Anti-Virus not immediately after the policy is “locked” and the Apply button is clicked, but during the next synchronization.

But you can manually initiate synchronization with the Administration Server from a mobile device. For it open the menu of the Anti-Virus > Updater > Update settings.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus cannot immediately send information about changed data to the Server. Changes will be sent to the Server only during the next synchronization interval.
