Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 MP1 (build 7.0.1.325)

How the Anti-Publicity module functions

Concerning to Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 (all builds)

The Anti-Publicity module in Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 allows blocking pop-up windows on the Internet pages. If the module is enabled all pop-ups whose addresses are not added to the “white” list are blocked automatically.

Anyway Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 informs the user about each pop-up being blocked and prompts the user for action: whether to allow a pop-up on the Internet page.

If by some reasons once the link Show popup window is clicked the Internet page renewed without the popup window being opened in this case you should repeat the actions which resulted in showing the required popup window.

As a rule popup windows on Internet pages are displayed via clicking other links on the same page. In this case you are recommended to click the link once again.

This is a functioning peculiarity of the Anti-Publicity module.
