  • From the version 2010 Kaspersky Lab products can be activated only by an activation code via the Internet. If you do not have an Internet connection, then in order to activate the purchased Kaspersky Lab product, create the request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via Helpdesk webform from any computer which has an Internet connection.

    The activation code for all box version or purchased product from retail stores can be found printed on the inner part of the box in which the lisenced Kaspersky Laboratory disk is situated (Europeans can find the activation code in Quick Start Guide which is situated in the box with the product):

    If you bought a product via the Internet, then the code can be found in a received from E-Store letter.

    Activation code is a unique set of characters that comes in 4 blocks. Each block comprises of 5 characters which can be a combination of letters and numbers, which comes to a total of 20 characters.
