Quarantine is a special storage area that holds objects potentially infected with viruses.
Potentially infected objects are objects that are suspected of being infected with viruses or modifications of them.
By default quarantine is scanned after each anti-virus database update.
To disable scan of the quarantine, do the following:

click the Settings button
click Update
in the right part of the window clear the box Rescan Quarantine
click the OK button
minimize the main application window
