Applies to Kaspersky Administration Kit 8.0

Description: I have installed Network Agent version 8.0 on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional SP4. Although the Agent started immediately after installation, Network Agent service has stopped soon.

Event log registers the following event:

#1200 (1193) Signature mismatch for file 'c:\program files\kaspersky lab\kaspersky anti-virus 6.0 for windows workstations\FSSync.dll'

Solution: install Update rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4 (KB891861) on the client computer.

Network Agent service will start and run normally after installing this Update.
