Open the Anti-Virus policy on the Settings tab > in he drop-down menu choose Additional > check the box for the type of tasks whose scheduled start should be disabled > “lock” the settings.

You can also cancel installation of the system tasks when installing the Anti-Virus remotely (by default these tasks are not installed by remote installation).

    Anti-Virus version 5.0

If you want to stop execution of system tasks on the computers belonging to one group you can do it via the policy of the application that executes this task.

Go to the Policy > Predefined tasks > uncheck the task types whose launch should be canceled and "lock" the tasks.
