Download the patch

Concerning to Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0 builds 6.0.1565, 6.0.1572

Problem description: the Download updates task runs for a long time and finishes with an error “Invalid file signature”. During the task a great amount of traffic is downloaded.

Resolution:

Install the patch for the Updater component on the Administration Server. After its installation the update task will not download the databases once again, if the error “Invalid file signature” occurs when checking the service files.

The patch is applicable to the Administration Server versions 6.0.1565, 6.0.1572.

After the patch installation the version of Administration Server does not change, but versions of the files Up2Date.exe, upd_core.dll and upd_kca.dl change to 6.0.1577.
