Concerning to Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0 MP1

If by some reasons Kaspersky Administration Console, Kaspersky Administration Server or Kaspersky Network Agent is installed incorrectly, send installation tracing file to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support.

Create this file the following way: Start the executable file with /verbose"C:\IS.log" parameter (there is no space after verbose).

As a result a tracing file with the name IS.log will be created in disc C:\ root directory. Attach this file to the HelpDesk form with the description of the installation problem.

The general format of the tracing file installation process should be the following:

<setup.exe> /verbose"C:\IS.log",

where <setup.exe> is the name of the corresponding executable installation file of Kaspersky Lab program. Instead of <setup.exe> define name of the installation file

For example,

kasp6.0.1710_adminkiten.exe /verbose"C:\IS.log"

InformationYou can also enable/ disable installation trace (local or remote) of the Network Agent with reg-file.
