In some cases you may face a problem of adding an antivirus pack via Administration Kit on the computer. The properties of the computer are the following:
- OS Windows is installed
- The computer is not in the domain, but belongs to some working group
- The option Simple File Sharing is enabled
To rectify the problem, disable the option Simple File Sharing. You can do it the following way:
Double-click the My computer icon
Select Tools in the upper menu
In the drop-down menu select Folder Options
In the Folder Options window switch to the View tab
In the Advanced settings list uncheck the Simple File Sharing option
Click the Apply button
Close each window by pressing OK
