Kaspersky Internet Security – Multi-Device
UI needs help
Overall, the security is good but the UI needs to be redesigned. It's hard to find what you're looking for. I have to dig around to find the settings that I need. This goes for the website as well: why no login on the site? This was never explained or made clear ANYWHERE. Once again I had to dig around to look for a way to login and keep track of my different license and purchases for my PC, tablet and cellphone. Not very user friendly OR organized.

looking for a slow down?
I upgraded from the 2012 internet security to the 2014 version and I could tell the difference right away. Anything that connected to the internet took 3 to 5 seconds to respond. I tired updating drivers and changing setting with no help. Other devices on my network were working fine. I uninstalled the 2014 version and went back to 2012 and things are back to normal.

I lost all my saved logins from Norton. Now I have to re-input them in each time on websites. I thought Kaspersky had such a feature before I ordered it.

Easy to use, poor web surfing
1st time Kaspersky customer. I was prev using Norton Internet Security but could not get a 5 pc license.
So here I am.
This products interface is by far easier to use than what I had. When I installed I had 14.x(a). Since 2014 came out there's been something causing web surfing to drastically be slowed down which is notated in the forums and Kaspersky Tech bulletin. For an issue with this many complaints and impact it should not take weeks for a company to roll out an update. I'm on14.x(c) now and being told will have to wait for 14.x(d) for possible fix.
I will not be renewing after my year is up.

I rely on Kaspersky
Symantec's Norton 360 and Kaspersky are neck-and-neck, some years seeing Norton slightly ahead and some years Kaspersky slightly ahead.
Both Norton and Kasperky's have good live support, and I've found Kaspersky's to be more effective.
Kasperksy uses less disc space than Norton, so it is faster.
In the long run, Kaspersky has more advanced protection for my HP PC, my Toshiba laptop, my Samsung Galaxy 4S smart phone, and my Kindle Fire.
I rely on Kaspersky's Internet Security for all of my devices.

Won't use anything else
My consultancy has been recommending Kaspersky products to both our residential and commercial Clients for over 5 years now. Why ? Hands down they offer the best security and protection available and beat the competition hands down. Automatic virus definition updates EVERY HOUR; flexibility to set scans for when YOU want them and for the level of depth YOU want. It warns you before you enter a known infected web site! It offers a secure browser option for your online banking.
There really is nothing out there that even comes close to it in flexibility and security. We use it on our business pcs (xp, vista, win 7 & 8) and our personal pcs, and approx. 98% of our Clients now use it too. It has saved more than a few computers I can tell you.
Don't waster your time (and risk losing an expensive computer) with anything else!

Both of my boys are gamers and only this application prevents firewall hits and virus bombs. We tried all the products several years ago, and still got hosed - except with Kaspersky. Since that time, we have been a loyal Kaspersky family. It's reliable, always up-to-date, and unobtrusive - it allows you to control how and when it runs, and is incredibly user friendly. Superior product, sincerely.

Doesn't do everything it says
I purchased this for anti-theft protection. The odds of getting a virus on your phone/table is much smaller than you realize. That aspect is to give you a false impression of safety. I work in a bad neighborhood, but with the nature of my job a lot of information personal in nature is stored on my phone. The anti-theft protection says it will located the device, take a mugshot, and wipe it clean. Turns out they leave a lot of information out about that feature. You can't deactivate your phone so you can't get a replacement and must keep the stolen/lost phone activated, you can't have a lock screen on the phone so the bad guys should have access to your personal info, and the phone must be turned on. My phone was stolen on Thursday and its now Saturday and have yet to see those features work. This is a waste of money.
