Good, but can be improved
Kaspersky, on the whole, provides a good service.
But, with respect to ease of use, I think the Kaspersky interface can go a long way. Especially, even after spending considerable looking at various tabs, I still could not figure how to enable 'site advisor' feature. This is very important to me. When I do google search, I would like to see an icon advising me on the site safety. If kaspersky has this feature, I still do not know where it is? So, I believe it the interface that needs to make this easily available to the user. If kaspersky does not provide this functionality, I think this is imminent.
Also, the Parental Control feature is extremely cumbersome. Needs lot of improvement to make it less-complicated.

I have friends in the computer business and every time I thought I had a virus problem they would tell me to go to Kaspersky web site and run virus scan. I have had other virus and internet protection but why did I need them if I needed to go to Kaspersky to fix and or verify a virus. I have purchased Kaspersky One for all my systems and have been very pleased. I rated only 4 stars because Kaspersky is so comprehensive I would like to have training video to maximize my use though it is very intuitive. I recommend this system it seems to be the industry standard against the bad stuff.

Seems to do an excellent job protecting my system. It is faster and more transparent than any other system that I have used (4 brands). It has the least noticable interferance with my system or applications. It runs well on Win XP, Vista and 7.
During scans there is very poor feedback as to where the scan is. Time remaining estimates are very inaccurate. When it has errors in the scan, you have no idea where it was or what to do.

Great Protection, just a little pricey
I've been an IT Professional for over a decade and I'm very pleased with Kaspersky. My ONLY complaint is the pricing. The protection offered is second to none. That being said, Kaspersky is the best solution out there and you get what you pay for. I just wish it was a but less expensive. I have the option of both Symantec and Mcaffee corporate at no cost, but would rather pay for the added protection offered by Kaspersky. Priced a little lower, Kaspersky would blow all others out of the water!

The Good and the Not-So-Good
Kaspersky is a good choice for QuickBooks users/owers as it is compatible and a much better choice then other name brands.
On the downside, buyer beware that when installed it will delete all saved passwords/users stored in your system so one should make sure they have written down ALL of those that are set automatically in their system. Perhaps there is a way, BEFORE installation to stop this from happening?

Telecommuter LOVES Kaspersky!
When I put in my request to telecommute and listed Kaspersky as my Protection software I know it put management and IT folks at ease to know I was using the BEST! I use an external harddrive and share with other family members. The quick scan feature assures me that when I plug it into my laptop it will help me remove any viruses or malware to keep my work safe and secure!
