This product has made my iMac almost grind to a halt. It is now performing like my old Apple IIe. Hate to give it a bad review when there is a chance I don't have it setup correctly. No problems on my PC running Windows XP. Both computers have an Intel Core i7 processor in them with approx. the same speed.

Kaspesky One is good and I like the one stop shop.
But don't get the backup Disk, The disk I got was an older version and the password did not work on that version. Had to download current version to activate the product. That defeated the advantage of a bootable disk.

I like the program as a whole, but wish the Mobile portion for my smart phone was a little more intuitive and contained a much simpler menu tree for finding the options I actually want to use.

I'm still (3rd year) very pleased with Kaspersky - so much so that I renewed for three years a month ago. I later found out that my PC guru no longer uses K, since he has found an as good a provider at a lower price, but here I am. Nice chat and then phone exchange with K sales person from BC Canada. She spelled everything out for me clearly. Good, easy to understand, sales people on the phone make a huge difference to the customer: me.

Having daily issues using my browser of choice, Firefox. On websites that ask for a password, when I begin typing the password, Firefox closes all open tabs.
I'm guessing that your software does not play nicely with Firefox. I really don't want to have to use I.E. as my browser.
Using the newest version of Firefox available.
