IT Security Conference for the Next Generation

About the Conference
Agenda

Location: University of East London, London, UK
Conference Dates: November 21-22, 2009
Submission Deadline: October 15, 2009 (inclusive)

Conference Objectives

This conference brings together students, experts, scientists and researchers in a collaborative environment to present and discuss issues relating to cybercrime. It provides a platform for the next generation to be able to share their respective knowledge and experiences and to develop new ideas to improve the level of security in information technology.

The best submissions will be given awards and valuable prizes from Kaspersky Lab and the authors will be invited to attend the International Student Conference on Cybercrime to be hosted at the University of East London in November 2009.

The University of East London’s Docklands campus is a dynamic, ultra-modern site in London's historic Docklands area and is one of the most instantly recognizable locations in East London. It has a stunning waterfront location opposite London City Airport incorporating innovative architecture, fantastic facilities and proximity to other London icons such as the Thames Barrier and the Millennium Dome, now called The O2. It is close to the major financial and trading centre of Canary Wharf and is at the heart of the Thames Gateway region, the fastest-growing region in London and the southeast and an area rapidly increasing in economic importance.

The authors will be given a certificate of participation.
