Digital Marketing Manager Europe (m/f)

Location: BENELUX, Sweden, UK, France, Germany / Austria / Switzerland

Start date: Immediate, full time

Main duties & responsibility of business management unit:

  • Working closely with the Director Digital Marketing Europe to conceptualize, develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Working with Marketing & Sales (B2C & B2B) stakeholders to develop programs that help them meet and exceed business objectives
  • Working with external agencies and partners to manage Digital Marketing projects, with a focus on Websites / Content and digital promotion via SEO / SEM, Display / Online Media, Email and Social Media
  • Preparing reports to business stakeholders summarizing Digital activities and results
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and programs
  • Staying abreast of the latest Digital trends and thinking through how to apply those trends to help meet business goals
  • Identifying ways to improve Kaspersky's Digital Footprint and drive Innovation

Requirements:

  • 4 - 8 years marketing experience at either a Digital Agency or Corporate/ Enterprise Business
  • Solid understanding of a broad range of Digital Channels
  • Strong experience with extensive multi-language web projects and multi-channel digital media (buying, planning); experience with Social Media a big plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established timeframes
  • Excellent qualities as a multi-country team player
  • ecommerce / Direct Response experience a big plus
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed and ability to operate independently as required
  • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communications, and the ability to communicate and persuade a diverse audience
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with Omniture or other Web analytics a big plus
  • Fluent English and at least one other European language a must
  • Willingness to travel in Western Europe

ONLINE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION MANAGER

The Online Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing acquisition revenue and will focus on driving growth in existing acquisition programs and developing new programs including, but not limited to: in-product marketing, trial distribution, online partnerships, B2B online activities, affiliate marketing.

The role requires knowledge in project management, an analytical mindset and relentless drive for performance to optimize all campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, the right candidate will need good inter-cultural and communication skills to successfully work in an international company.

The role will be based near Paris with occasional travel in Europe or Russia.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Meeting agreed revenue targets.
  • Developing and executing efficiently the In-Product and Direct Marketing programs.
  • Developing and maintaining a test & learn plan to improve our In-Product and Direct Marketing to optimize results.
  • Managing online projects with our e-commerce providers in order to drive sales.
  • Developing online partnerships to increase trial distribution.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign results, data analysis. Reporting performance on all online operations including spending, conversion numbers of customers acquired and ROI.
  • Working with the marketing team and web team to make recommendations for website changes.
  • Executing promotional plans to support new product launches.
  • Executing strategies and tactics to optimize conversion rates and revenue per visitor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Online marketing experience, minimum 1-2 years / familiar with Online Marketing: SEM, Affiliation, SEO, Retargeting, Display Advertising. Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Must be able to plan and organize marketing programs and coordinate development by agencies and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Some knowledge of basic HTML, and tracking systems.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze problems and develop tactics/strategies to drive growth.
  • Able to establish productive cross-functional relationships in a collaborative team-based environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar.
  • Fluent English.
