AV-Comparatives.org, September 2008
In September 2008, AV-Comparatives, a respected Austrian research laboratory, tested how well antivirus products detect viruses, worms, malicious scripts and macros on demand (on-demand comparative). Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 scored one of the best results.
Based on the testing results, the AV-Comparatives test lab awarded Advanced+ status to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009. Kaspersky Lab solutions have consistently won Advanced+ status since testing in this category was first conducted.
