Kaspersky Lab has announced a partnership with HMV, which will see the company extend its range and reach of retailers in the UK.
The company has secured an attach deal where it will provide Kaspersky Internet Security to all customers purchasing netbooks across HMV’s 250 UK stores. The product will also be available in HMV’s Christmas catalogue, two million will be distributed via press and door drops over the festive period.
HMV customers can be assured that the new generation of Kaspersky Lab products take full advantage of innovative security technologies to keep netbooks clean and users safe. Kaspersky Lab employs proactive technologies to keep malware off computers in the first place, rather than trying to tackle the problem once it is too late like many other internet security packages on the market.
