Receiving a Job Offer
Congratulations! You have received the job offer you were hoping for!
All your effort feels really worthwhile now, but even at this final phase there are still a few details to consider.
It’s important that you clearly understand the following things:
- What are your job responsibilities? What projects are planned in the short term? What are the long-term prospects?
- What is the structure of your future remuneration — do you have bonuses and how are they paid? What are your social benefits, work and business trip schedule?
- What promotion opportunities will you have in the company? Is career development possible in your position?
If you know the answers to all these questions, you can safely accept the offer. If you are not sure of some issues, decide how important they are for you and discuss them with the recruiting manager before making a final decision.
