International and local training

Kaspersky Lab offers its employees the opportunity to participate in local and international training programs that cover both ‘soft’ (e.g. presentation and communication skills) and ‘hard’ skills. Key programs have been developed specifically for KL and help our personnel not only to gain the very latest expertise, but also to achieve their business targets, to carry out their day-to-day activities effectively and to establish professional networks with colleagues. For example, there is a special program for KL managers and a KL Project Management school. A number of training programs are run on a global level, which also contributes to the intercultural experience of our employees.

The international rotation program
