Kaspersky Lab today announced that it has signed an agreement with the UK retail distributor, Gem. The partnership will increase the availability of Kaspersky Lab’s multi award-winning home user technology for retail partners in the UK.
Currently celebrating its 25th anniversary, Gem is adding Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 and the new Kaspersky Mobile Security (for the protection of smartphones) – to its software portfolio.
The distribution agreement will enable Kaspersky Lab to leverage Gem’s supply chain into an extensive customer base that includes well-known high street and online retailers, mail order companies and independent retailers.
