Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, unveiled its partnership with Jeraisy Computer and Communication Services, one of the most established and respected IT companies in Saudi Arabia.
Kaspersky Lab has had an increasing interest in the rapidly growing Saudi market - the largest in the Middle East. This interest developed earlier this year when Kaspersky Lab developed a steady relationship with Jeraisy Computer and Communication Services. The two companies have now entered into a full partnership agreement.
The two companies have already secured a number of significant client contracts in enterprise, government and educational sectors as a result of their mutual collaboration. These customers highlight Kaspersky Lab’s emphasis in Saudi Arabia which is primarily focused on corporate and SMB segments as well as government organizations.
“Kaspersky Lab is an experienced player in the IT security market, which is growing very quickly in Saudi Arabia. Its broad line of products covers virtually all needs of our customers in anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-spam protection, and addresses the strictest requirements in detection rate and response time to new threats”, commented Mohammad S. Alshehri, CEO of Jeraisy Computer and Communication Services. “We do hope that Kaspersky Lab’s products, which have a very good reputation across the world, will also become popular among Saudi users”, added Mohammad S. “Jeraisy Computer and Communication Services is a key provider of IT solutions in Saudi Arabia. This was definitely taken into account and largely predetermined our partner choice in the country. Moreover, the open attitude and willingness to cooperate which we saw from Jeraisy assured that we would have a very productive, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationship,” said Natalya Kaspersky, CEO of Kaspersky Lab. “We are planning to expand substantially our activities in the country, and a very important part of that expansion will be to build all necessary infrastructure to support local users of our products”, she concluded.
